Li'l Crumbsnatchers uses Paypal to process credit/debit cards and electronic check purchases securely.

Personal checks (allow 7-10 business days to clear) and money orders are also welcome using our printable order form.  Please do not send cash.  If you need more information regarding any of these terms please feel free to contact us.  We will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have.  We will do our best to respond within 24 hours.

Shipping:

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery as most items are made specially for you upon order.  Li'l Crumbsnatchers will ship your insured packages via United States Postal Service Priority Mail within the continental United States.  Express shipping is available for most items.  Please contact us for express rate information and international shipping arrangements.  Shipping charges are as follows for single address U.S. deliveries only:

Custom Orders:

In addition to ready-to-wear, Li'l Crumbsnatchers also offers custom clothing options for weddings, parties, family/sibling photographs or any occasion.  We suggest placing your special order 10-12 weeks in advance of your event to allow ample time to receive your order. Please call or e-mail us to discuss how we can design your little (or not so little) one's outfit to coordinate with the theme and color scheme of your special event.  We're happy to accommodate your special requests and we encourage your comments and suggestions.  If necessary, you may contact us via e-mail or call us at (412) 613-9054.   

Returns:

We strive to provide the best customer service to our clients and to process each order with the greatest of care.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund providing all original tags remain attached and all original packaging is included.  Items must be returned in new condition.  Custom made items, worn items and sale items are not returnable.  If necessary, you may contact us via e-mail or call us at (412) 613-9054.

We will never sell, rent, or give away your personal information.  Any information provided by you will be handled with the utmost care.

Gift Certificates/Gift Wrap:

Gift certificates may be purchased in the amount of your choice.  You may choose to have the gift certificate shipped directly to your recipient in your name, or you may choose to have it mailed to you.  Either way, it will arrive beautifully wrapped at no additional charge.  Please contact us via e-mail and we will forward an invoice to you for purchase. You must specify the dollar amount, the name of the recipient, and the shipping address.  Certificates are valid for one year following purchase and are not redeemable for cash. 

Gift wrap is also available for $5.00 per item.  Your package will arrive meticulously gift boxed with crisp animal print tissue paper, curling ribbon and Li'l Crumbsnatchers signature hangtag. 

Size Chart:

Age is the best way to approximate a child's size.  However, if the child is between sizes, the general rule of thumb is to order the next larger size.  To ensure a proper fit and avoid sizing errors, please refer to our size chart for assistance before placing your order.  If you still need help, please feel free to contact us.  We will be happy to help you determine the correct size.  Special sizing arrangements can be made via special order.

2-4 years = 5.5"
